Tasker HQ
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Tasker HQ, a browser extension for tracking time and earnings from gig work. By installing or using Tasker HQ you agree to them. "We" and "us" mean the developer of Tasker HQ; "you" means the person using it.
What Tasker HQ does
Tasker HQ lets you log time and tasks on projects you create and calculates your earnings and effective hourly rate. All of the figures come from what you enter and are estimates for your own planning. Tasker HQ is not financial, tax or legal advice, and the amounts a platform actually pays you may differ.
Free and Pro plans
The free plan covers up to two platforms. Tasker HQ Pro adds unlimited platforms and CSV export for US $5 per month, plus any applicable taxes. We may offer other plans or discount codes; the price you agree to at checkout is the price you pay.
Billing
- Pro is a subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe through ExtensionPay. We never see or store your card number.
- If a renewal payment fails, Pro pauses until the payment method is updated. Stripe may retry the charge a few times before the subscription ends.
- If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price only applies from your next billing period after the notice.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time: open the Tasker HQ dashboard, go to Settings, and click Manage subscription, or email us. Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your tracked data stays on your device when Pro ends; only the Pro features switch off.
Refunds
If you're not happy with Pro, email migueldelagarza100@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that charge in full. After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can still cancel to stop future charges. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
Acceptable use
Don't use Tasker HQ to break the law or any platform's rules, and don't try to get around its licensing or payment checks. Tasker HQ is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any gig platform.
Your data
Your projects, sessions and notes are stored in your browser, not on our servers. You're responsible for backing them up; the extension has a free backup button. The privacy policy explains exactly what is and isn't shared.
Changes and availability
We may update Tasker HQ, change features, or update these terms. If a change materially affects paying users, we'll give notice before it takes effect. We'll do our best to keep Tasker HQ working, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and liability
Tasker HQ is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost earnings based on figures shown in the extension, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
